Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

1. Introduction

TMPR Fit, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the TMPR Fit mobile app and the tmprfit.com website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

We do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics trackers, or cross-app tracking of any kind.

3. How We Use Your Information

To run your account, personalize your AI program, power progress tracking and milestone detection, generate AI coach responses and body-composition analysis, personalize recovery recommendations, deliver notifications, and — for waitlist signups — notify you when access opens. We never use your data to serve ads.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf: Anthropic (Claude API — coach chat and photo analysis), Apple (on-device HealthKit sync), Expo/EAS (push notification delivery), and Resend (waitlist confirmation emails). We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.

5. Data Retention

Data is kept while your account is active. After you delete your account in-app, personal data is deleted within 30 days. Waiver-acceptance records (timestamp + hash only) are retained as a legal audit trail. Waitlist emails are kept until you request removal or the waitlist closes.

6. Data Security

Encryption in transit (TLS), salted password hashing, and hardware-backed keychain storage for biometric login credentials. As a small alpha-stage team we don't yet hold a formal security certification — planned before scaling past alpha.

7. Your Rights (California — CCPA)

California residents can know what we collect, delete it, correct it, and opt out of sale (moot — we never sell data). Contact us below to exercise these rights.

8. Your Rights (EEA/UK — GDPR)

TMPR Fit is not actively marketed to EEA/UK users, but if you access it from there you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data.

9. Health and Biometric Data

Depending on your state, additional laws may apply to health/biometric data — including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Illinois's BIPA (relevant to body-composition photo analysis). This is why the GLP-1 coaching status and GLP-1 waitlist described in Section 2 are each presented behind their own separate, explicit consent, even though neither collects a drug name, dose, or schedule. We are actively reviewing applicability of both laws with counsel rather than asserting compliance outright.

10. Children's Privacy

TMPR Fit requires all users to be 18+, verified at registration — well above the standard COPPA threshold. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We'll update the date above and notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
